發(fā)生搶劫應(yīng)急處理程序

　　一、保安員在當(dāng)值中截獲搶劫報警應(yīng)立即通知保安部長，確定是否打110向警方報警，并做好各出入口封鎖和警戒工作。

　　二、查清案發(fā)地點，時間，并派保安員攜警具,對講機(jī)至現(xiàn)場核對，監(jiān)控中心開始對所有通道，進(jìn)出口進(jìn)行搜尋，并對可疑人進(jìn)入錄像。不論任何地點，管理員遇匪徒時，應(yīng)保持鎮(zhèn)靜，盡量避免與之間正面沖突，并拖延時間，以利警方到現(xiàn)場處理。如保安員到現(xiàn)場時，應(yīng)現(xiàn)場調(diào)查匪徒之體表特征及逃跑方向，并通知警方處理。

　　三、如案情不明及無涉嫌人員離開花園，應(yīng)和警方一起對園區(qū)進(jìn)行安全檢查，并攜帶好對講機(jī)，隨時通話保持聯(lián)系；

　　四、做好當(dāng)事人安撫工作，如有傷害，應(yīng)打120救護(hù)電話。

　　The Guest Service Manager will be immediately notified of a robbery or attempted robbery within the Hotel and will follow procedures accordingly as not to jeopardize staff or self.

　　大堂經(jīng)理對酒店內(nèi)發(fā)生搶劫和預(yù)謀搶劫的情況予以立即通報，并作相應(yīng)跟蹤，確保員工和個人的安危。

　　1.Give robber what he/ she demands.

　　了解嫌疑人的企圖。

　　2.During commission of robbery, do not do anything to jeopardize your life or the lives of other persons or employees.

　　在搶劫過程中，不要傷害到自身或其他員工的生命。

　　3.Observe the robber carefully. Make specific note of identifying or unusual characteristics such as: scars, tattoos, missing fingers etc.

　　仔細(xì)觀察搶劫者。精確地作識別其特殊特征，例如：傷疤、紋身、斷指等。

　　4.Pay particular attention to their physical characteristics, namely – male or female, appro*imate age, height, weight, build, color and length of hair, color of eyes, facial hair such as moustache or beard, comple*ion and speech.Also be observant of clothing worn.

　　特別觀察他們的身體特征，也就是－男女性別，大約年齡，身高，體重，體形，頭發(fā)顏色和長度，眼睛顏色，面部毛發(fā)如小胡子或大胡子，膚色和口音。穿著等。

　　5.When robber leave the properly, note mode of transport, noting license number of vehicle and physical description of same, such as color, size and any other physical characteristic of vehicle that may draw attention.

　　6.Note direction of travel.

　　7.Notify Security who will call the police and relate all pertinent information.

　　8.Make out physical description forms soon after the robber has left while the information is still fresh in your mind.The form can be given to the police when they arrive.
