20**年江蘇省中學(xué)生英語口語比賽方案

　　一、比賽組別:

　　初中組和高中組

　　二、參賽對象：高中組：在讀高中學(xué)生。同一學(xué)校的選手不能超過兩名，外語學(xué)校最多一名。

　　初中組：在讀初中學(xué)生[有在海外(英語國家)居住或留學(xué)6個(gè)月以上經(jīng)歷的初中學(xué)生不能參加比賽同一學(xué)校的選手不能超過兩名，外語學(xué)校最多一名。

　　三、參賽人數(shù):

　　每市初中組30名,高中組15名

　　四、比賽時(shí)間與比賽形式:

　　比賽時(shí)間：

　　20**年10月中下旬，具體時(shí)間另行通知。

　　比賽形式：高中組：

　　遠(yuǎn)程登錄機(jī)考。比賽時(shí)間為45分鐘。

　　比賽地點(diǎn)設(shè)在各片區(qū),具體地點(diǎn)和比賽準(zhǔn)備工作另行通知。

　　初中組：

　　省組委會(huì)不設(shè)口語比賽現(xiàn)場，由各市電教館將推薦的30名選手視頻上傳至江蘇教育資源網(wǎng)www.etec.edu.

　　各市比賽的題目由省組委會(huì)提供，省組委會(huì)于10月23日發(fā)送題目到各市組委會(huì)，請各市統(tǒng)一于10月24日——25日兩天內(nèi)完成30名選手的參賽視頻錄制工作，10月26日上傳。10月27日0點(diǎn)終止上傳。

　　五、報(bào)名要求：請各市于九月底前將高中組和初中組的選手名單報(bào)給鄒小麗同志(電子郵箱：[emailprotected])報(bào)名信息如下表：

　　高中組:總分100分.

　　測試交卷后由計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)生成和作文部分人工評分組成。

　　初中組:總分100分，由英語教學(xué)專家評委評分和網(wǎng)上公眾評分組成。專家評分占85%，公眾評分占15%。

　　七、獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置：

　　1、參賽學(xué)生一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)

　　2、組織單位獎(jiǎng)若干。

　　高中組網(wǎng)上測試部分

　　[說明：基礎(chǔ)水平測試采取遠(yuǎn)程登錄機(jī)考方式，各市推薦參加省級比賽的15名選手在指定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)機(jī)房進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)水平測試，考試前省組委會(huì)發(fā)布考題，具體時(shí)間，登錄方式另行通知，選手在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)提交。總時(shí)間為45分鐘]

　　一、根據(jù)所給中文選擇相應(yīng)的英文單詞或詞組。(共40小題，每小題0.5分，滿分20分)

　　二、聽對話選擇最佳選項(xiàng)，將對話補(bǔ)充完整。(共20小題，每小題1分，滿分20分)

　　三、聽短文填充。根據(jù)對應(yīng)題號所給的ABCD四個(gè)選項(xiàng)中選擇最佳選項(xiàng)填在相應(yīng)空白處。(共30小題，每小題1分，滿分30分)

　　四、閱讀短文，從每題所給的ABCD四個(gè)選項(xiàng)中選擇最佳選項(xiàng)填在空白處(共3篇短文，15個(gè)小題，每題1分，滿分15分)

　　五、作文

　　根據(jù)所給材料作文。(15分)

　　初中組口語評測部分

　　初中組口語評測由省組委會(huì)提供題目，設(shè)置兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)提供3個(gè)題目，各市從中選擇1個(gè)題目進(jìn)行比賽

　　第一環(huán)節(jié)：命題演講

　　分值：50分

　　命題演講時(shí)間：(準(zhǔn)備40秒，演講90秒)

　　命題演講：

　　比賽時(shí)選手根據(jù)屏幕給出的演講題目及與演講題目相關(guān)的文本信息完成演講。

　　第二環(huán)節(jié)：小組合作秀

　　分值：50分

　　本環(huán)節(jié)注重體現(xiàn)選手們的合作精神與合作能力。參賽選手合作完成同一主題。選手們須圍繞現(xiàn)場的話題表述自己的觀點(diǎn)及感受。要求內(nèi)容緊扣話題，在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)人人暢所欲言。形式不限(可以是談話、訪談、情景對話等形式，不使用道具)。

　　每組三人。

　　準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間：90秒

　　小組參賽人員可現(xiàn)場協(xié)商設(shè)計(jì)形式與過程。

　　談話時(shí)間：270秒

　　二、比賽評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

　　第一環(huán)節(jié)：命題演講

　　命題演講：滿分50分

　　內(nèi)容：觀點(diǎn)鮮明，表達(dá)完整，邏輯性強(qiáng)，條理清楚，想象力豐富，措詞得當(dāng)，有感染力(20分)

　　口語：發(fā)音清晰，語音語調(diào)自然，語言流暢，語法正確。(20分)

　　綜合素質(zhì)：有感情，自信，儀表得體，肢體語言適當(dāng)。(10分)

　　第二環(huán)節(jié)：小組合作秀：分值：50分

　　(團(tuán)隊(duì)40分+個(gè)人10分)

　　一、活動(dòng)目的

　　為了更好地貫徹基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的精神，進(jìn)一步配合《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的實(shí)施；進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)我校小學(xué)英語教學(xué)，激發(fā)和保持小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，鍛煉學(xué)生英語口語表達(dá)能力，調(diào)動(dòng)他們學(xué)習(xí)的積極性和主動(dòng)性；實(shí)現(xiàn)我校小學(xué)英語教學(xué)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)，特舉辦小學(xué)生英語口語比賽。具體事宜如下：

　　為了增加小學(xué)英語口語的趣味性， 培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語表現(xiàn)能力，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生積極展示風(fēng)采，形式靈活多樣，如演唱英文歌曲、表演英文故事等，不低于3分鐘。

　　（注：“自我介紹”和“才藝展示”不能重復(fù)）

　　3.話題作文：學(xué)生抽話題，準(zhǔn)備10分鐘。（五、六年級組比賽項(xiàng)目，2分鐘左右）。

　　學(xué)生根據(jù)年級不同進(jìn)行分組比賽，三、四年級為一組，五、六年級為一組。
