　　3、衣物多件

　　4、床單被罩

　　5、被褥

　　6、等各類物品。物業(yè)服務(wù)中心工作人員已對(duì)拾獲物品的地點(diǎn)及時(shí)間等進(jìn)行了詳實(shí)的記錄，并妥善保管。

　　請(qǐng)有以上遺失物品的業(yè)主（住戶）到物業(yè)服務(wù)中心前臺(tái)咨詢，確認(rèn)您遺失的物品后，請(qǐng)憑您的有效證件在物業(yè)服務(wù)中心前臺(tái)登記領(lǐng)取。

　　酒店協(xié)助客人找尋丟失物件服務(wù)程序

　　Objectives目標(biāo)

　　xto ensure that the guest knows his loss is taken seriously and that everything is done to recover the lost item.

　　確保讓客人知道其丟失的物件被認(rèn)真處理，酒店會(huì)采取任何措施尋找其丟失物件。

　　Policy Statement

　　政策闡述

　　*It is the policy of the hotel to assist the guest in every way in locating his lost items

　　此項(xiàng)政策是酒店將協(xié)助客人采取所有方式找尋其丟失物件。

　　Procedures程序

　　1.Check with the guest the location where he lost his item.

　　與客人一起檢查丟失物件的地點(diǎn)。

　　2.Contact the Housekeeping Department and ask if the item was found.

　　詢問客房部是否發(fā)現(xiàn)客人的丟失物件。

　　3.If Housekeeping has the item the Lost & Found should be picked up by a Bellman and brought to the GSO together with a Lost & Found Claim Record Slip.

　　如果客房部發(fā)現(xiàn)物件，應(yīng)該由服務(wù)員保留并隨同遺失/發(fā)現(xiàn)物件聲明單交由領(lǐng)班 。

　　4.Assist the guest in filling up the form completely.

　　協(xié)助客人全面填寫表格。

　　5.If no Lost & Found was reported to Housekeeping, contact the Supervisor / Manager of the outlet where the item was lost – if nothing found take the guest to the outlet to point out where he was seated.

　　如果沒有關(guān)于客房部的關(guān)于遺失/發(fā)現(xiàn)物件的報(bào)告，聯(lián)系物件遺失地點(diǎn)的部門主管或經(jīng)理——如果沒有任何發(fā)現(xiàn)則帶客人到他所指出的地點(diǎn)。

　　6.Get e*act details of the item lost as well as the guest’s contact telephone number and address (out-side guests only).

　　記錄相關(guān)遺失物件的詳細(xì)資料和客人聯(lián)系電話、地址（僅僅對(duì)店外客人）。

　　7.Inform Security Department of the case for further investigation

　　為進(jìn)一步調(diào)查，通知保安部相關(guān)事件。

　　8.If the item can not be located, contact the guest the following day and e*plain that nothing is found so far, and should we locate their item we will contact them..

　　如果沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)相關(guān)物件，在接下來(lái)幾天聯(lián)系客人并向其解釋到目前為止仍一無(wú)所獲。同時(shí)承諾一發(fā)現(xiàn)物件就與其聯(lián)系。

　　大一新生開學(xué)已經(jīng)兩個(gè)多月了，同學(xué)們對(duì)交院也有了更多的深入了解，對(duì)于衛(wèi)生和失物招領(lǐng)的認(rèn)識(shí)也是迫在眉睫，此次班會(huì)的組織正是提供了一次很好的機(jī)會(huì)。

　　為了幫助同學(xué)了解此次失物招領(lǐng)與衛(wèi)生校園主題班會(huì)活動(dòng)的意義;對(duì)失物招領(lǐng)認(rèn)識(shí)到位;讓同學(xué)們養(yǎng)成良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣;營(yíng)造校園良好的文明氛圍。路橋工程學(xué)院學(xué)生會(huì)召開衛(wèi)副會(huì)議;說(shuō)明此次班會(huì)的目的和活動(dòng)流程;各班組織班會(huì)。

　　路橋18級(jí)各班級(jí)按時(shí)按點(diǎn)到達(dá)指定教室開展班會(huì)，主題明確，同學(xué)們反應(yīng)熱情，班會(huì)情況良好。此次活動(dòng)增強(qiáng)了路橋工程學(xué)院學(xué)生會(huì)生活部與各班級(jí)之間的工作協(xié)助能力，同時(shí)讓同學(xué)們深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到了失物招領(lǐng)的重要性和如何建設(shè)校園衛(wèi)生。活動(dòng)的組織還有一些不足，各班級(jí)的到勤率有待提高，并且各班級(jí)的積極性還有待提高。
